Role Description

Experienced dynamic Head for our Junior College affiliated to the HSC Board, with a strength of about 650 students. As the head of the junior college, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college, providing leadership and guidance to the staff, and ensuring the delivery of quality education to the students. You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational environment and fostering an atmosphere of growth and development for the students. The candidate must be well versed with the MEPS Act/Rules and Regulations concerning Centralised Admission Process (CAP)/Fees/Curriculum Streams etc., issued by the Department of Education

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education with Masters in Science/Arts.
• Minimum 10 years teaching experience and 5 years in handling administrative matters.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of current educational practices and trends
• Passion for providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and community members.
• Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, seniority and experience.
