Purpose
- To establish, reevaluate, promote, and execute the admissions process for TSMS Faridabad.
- To ensure conversion of prospective queries into admission at the school.
- To organize programs and engage with the parents to build a connect with the school.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
(I) Helping prospective parents understand the admission process and help them connect with the school brand
- To share and communicate the admission process with prospective parents.
- To examine, alter, and explain admissions guidelines, processes, and requirements.
- To keep a track record of the appointments of prospective parents with the Principal.
- To facilitate the entire admission process.
- To assist the parent in the admission decision making process as child's applications are evaluated and accepted or denied
- To arrange for parents’ orientation with the concerned authorities
- To prepare MIS on the walk-ins to conversions; Admission v/s budgets etc.
- Maintaining a record on the follow ups / walk-ins received and sharing with the management & marketing teams
- Maintain all school related required information to be shared with prospective parents as one point of contact
- To be updated with all school activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective parents
- To maintain records / leads generated from advertisement responses.
- Contacting prospective parents via emails and cold calls.
- Making competitor visits to gain a better understanding on the competitor offerings, pricing and USP’s.
(II) Existing Parent Management
- To address the queries of prospective and existing parents.
- To maintain a record of students’ data, registration, admissions, and withdrawals.
- To collaborate with the concerned coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions etc.
- To facilitate the withdrawal process
- Ensure timely notices / circulars related to admissions and withdrawals are sent to all parents.
(III) Partnering with local pre-schools, RWA, corporates to drive student numbers
- Identify areas of collaboration with various institutions that may help in boosting admissions.
Decision Making Boundaries
- Working on marketing budget from the management.
- Connecting with the marketing agency for collaterals.
- Working towards key brand building initiatives
- Overviewing content and the layout of all collaterals (house magazines, brochures etc.) and all other publicity material.
- Take/give approvals for any discounts on admission fee etc.
Position Specifications
- Educational Qualification - Graduate or PG
- Nature of experience - Education industry (Schools or University)
- Duration of experience - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Role specific competencies - Achievement Orientation and Drive for Results, Persuasive Communication, Creativity
