Position: Head of Department - Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the ECE department, driving excellence in teaching, research, and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to advance the department's academic and research goals.
• Lead and mentor faculty members to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee curriculum development, course delivery, and assessment to ensure alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
• Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and academic institutions to enhance research and internship opportunities for students.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and initiatives within the department and across other departments and institutions.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a closely related field.
• Significant academic and administrative experience in higher education, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of research excellence, scholarly publications, and funded research projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
