JOB PURPOSE
• The role holder is responsible for providing leadership to the HR function; developing and overseeing HR strategies, policies and procedures and providing support to the leadership team to achieve the organization's business plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads the Human Resources department and provides direction to the Recruitment, Learning & Development & Operations team.
• Manages Data Analytics and HRIS and other relevant tools to manage HR function.
• Drives projects, engagements and policy implementation in alignment with global norms.
• Designs and delivers annual HR priorities and organizational strategies in line with the organization’s business plans.
• Oversees the development and implementation of best HR policies and practices.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies, statutory and legal standards
• Oversees the annual budget for the function and ensures adherence to it.
• Plans and implements a comprehensive performance management strategy across all campuses aligned with the organization business objectives and growth
• Overseeing the benchmarking of current compensation and benefits throughout the organization.
• Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements.
• Oversee critical HR metrices and works with other COEs / HRBPs to drive strategic interventions accordingly
• Build strong networks and maintains good working relationships with internal and external partners to keep abreast of the current business climate and macroeconomic trends
• Continuously increases competency within the function to meet future organizations needs through the development and recruitment of talent
• Builds and manages high performing teams within the function by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development.
Minimum Qualifications
• M.B.A in Human Resources
Experience
• 20+ years of experience in all HR verticals including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Project Management, Statutory compliances Organization Development & Change Management & HRIS Management.
