Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve our business objectives. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire our sales team while fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Build up a team of admission counselors with support of the HR department
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to maximize performance.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and ensure they are met consistently.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales processes and offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the education industry or related field of at least 5 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
