Job Summary: As the Head of Social Media at GEDU, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive student enrolment. You will lead a team of social media specialists, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute social media strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives of GEDU.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and shareable content, including visuals, videos, and written materials.
- Maintain a strong brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
- Audience Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase audience engagement, including community management, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, courses, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of social media into broader marketing initiatives.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Identify and engage with brand ambassadors, influencers, and industry partners to amplify the reach and impact of GEDU.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.
