Position: High School IIT Physics Teacher
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive physics lessons to high school students, including classes for grades VIII, IX, and X.
• Prepare students for IIT examinations and the regular physics curriculum through comprehensive lesson plans and effective teaching methods.
• Conduct 6-7 school classes per day and provide 1-2 study hours for students seeking additional support.
• Actively participate in all school activities, including extracurricular events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and excel in physics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field. B.Tech graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of high school Physics concepts and familiarity with IIT examination syllabus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Prior experience in teaching physics at the high school level is preferred but not required.
