Hiring Business Development Executive for a Premium school at Hyderabad with relevant experience. Location: , Rachloor, SriSailam Highway Hyderabad. Experience-4 To 10 Years Education- BBA, MBA Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will not only drive business growth but also provide guidance and support to parents and corporate partners, helping them navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. • Parent Engagement: Establish rapport with parents, understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations. • Counseling: Provide empathetic and professional counseling to parents, addressing their queries, doubts, and challenges. • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable products or services to parents and corporate partners, aligning with their goals and preferences. • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with parents and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and check-ins. Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and relevant stakeholders to increase awareness and interest in our school. • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads and maximizing revenue opportunities. • Educational Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct educational workshops, seminars, training and presentations to educate parents and partners and promote company offerings.Plan district outreach programs • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and progress reports for management review. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Field Visits: Conduct market research and dig out the potential for conducting workshops for potential client base. Requirements • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business administration, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
