The Candidate Is Specifically Responsible For Following Deliverables Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students Motivating, facilitating, teaching, as per the students educational needs Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when required Determine exam and assignment grades Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience Desired Candidate Profile B.A / M.A / B.Ed. in English language. • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education from a UGC recognized university with a certificate / diploma in English subject from a recognized institution is preferable. Has experience of teaching students from 1st to 5th standard CBSE Board. Dedication to students and education. Knowledge of various teaching methods.
