Job Description:
As an Office Executive at SEV7N ubiquitous Pvt Ltd, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office while working closely with our Director and Founder. We are seeking a candidate who possesses not only a bachelor’s degree in business but also a proven track record of over three years in office management. An ideal candidate will excel in communicating with key stakeholders, have experience with Zoho Suite applications (preferably), exhibit a proactive and positive attitude, be proficient in initiating sales calls, and respond swiftly to phone calls and messages with effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
Oversee and streamline daily office operations, ensuring efficient processes.
Manage administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and oversee facility management.
Stakeholder Communication:
Manage administrative tasks, maintain office supplies, and oversee facility management.
Act as a liaison between the Director and external partners, clients, and vendors.
Technology Proficiency:
Utilize Zoho Suite and other CRMs to optimize office tasks and workflow.
Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, including SaaS, CRMs, and generative AI.
Sales and Service Support
Initiate sales calls and support in achieving successful closures.
Speak to clients for better customer experience after sales.
Confidentiality
Handle sensitive financial information, including tax records, revenue details, and employee salaries, with the utmost discretion.
Proactive Response
Respond promptly to phone calls and messages, providing effective solutions and support.
Policy Design
Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Job Specification
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a Must.
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in office management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Zoho Suite is preferred; experience with other CRMs is a plus.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to channel tasks efficiently.
Experience in initiating sales calls and supporting the sales process.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in the field of education service, particularly with curriculums like IB and Cambridge, is an added advantage..
Training
Upon selection, the chosen candidate will receive comprehensive training in office procedures and the use of technology tools to support efficient work practices.
