Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden at Symbiosis International University in Nagpur. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and overseeing the students' well-being and activities in the hostel. This includes maintaining discipline, enforcing rules and regulations, handling student concerns, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment for the students.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to enforce rules and maintain discipline
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a hostel environment is preferred
• Knowledge of student welfare and support services
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
