Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at BRAINSTORM CONSULTING PVT LTD. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in an IT or education-related industry
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment
