Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing strategic HR support and guidance to drive business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies and solutions that support the achievement of business goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational change.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention efforts.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and align with company values.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and achieve results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure impact.
