Ltd, Sector 36, NRI Road, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 303012 Job Description: The HR Executive will support the Human Resources department by assisting in various tasks and projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting with training sessions. Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Support HR team in organizing employee events, training programs, and wellness initiatives. Provide administrative support to HR staff, including drafting documents, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to process improvements and departmental goals. Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
