Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR administration, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience and learn about HR practices in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee profiles in HR systems.
• Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Support HR administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, updating HR databases, and maintaining HR records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training records, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as updating HR policies and procedures, conducting research on HR best practices, and participating in cross-functional teams as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
