Job Description  Position: HR. Lead Qualification Required: MBA in Human Resources Experience Required: Should have 12–15 years of experience in the Human                                                     Resources field, with At least 5 to 10 years of                                                     Experience in the mid-senior Human Resource profile. Remuneration/ Salary: As per company standards.   Job Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh   Company Website: https://aisect.org/ Linkedin ID: https://www.linkedin.com/company/aisect-ltd-/ Key Responsibilities: •  Own the complete lifecycle for the assigned positions which includes working closely with all stakeholders and attracting top talent. • Drive TA into alignment with business goals. • Ensure a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions. • Design and drive recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics. • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and advice on HR issues and strategies. • Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans. • Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training. • Develop and implement HR policies and programs, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR.-related matters. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and other HR-related issues • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. • Employee Retention. • Maintain knowledge of HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. • Engage regularly with all stakeholders (station) and work as a member of the station leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda.   Manage processes like - • Statutory Compliances • PMS • L&D • Engagement • Payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc. • General Administration • Others as defined from time to time   Must Haves: • High-performing, collaborative, results-oriented, and technologically savvy. • Prior experience recruiting for Corporate and Education industry positions. • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs, and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.     To proceed with your job application, kindly share your resume at the below-mentioned email address: Email ID: shubhampandey@aisect.org  Please visit our company website at https://aisect.org/ to learn more about us.
