Job Description:
Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.
• Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and recognizing high performers.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training programs.
• Monitor and track employee training progress.
• HR Policy and Compliance:
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure company policies remain up-to-date.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer and review employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits remain competitive.
• Manage the annual performance appraisal and salary review processes.
• Employee Records and Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Process employee documentation, including contracts, promotions, and terminations.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Provide guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
