The Human Resources Manager for the School will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the school. This includes recruitment, policies, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in a school or educational setting preferred. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment and selection process, conducting training and development programs, and resolving employee relations issues. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and workplace safety.
