End to end recruitment process: • Taking requirements from hiring managers, understading and identifying staffing needs. • Preparation of the job description. • Publish job offers on different platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc. • CV screening. • Phone and/or in-person interviews: in Spanish and/or English. • Writing reports for the hiring managers. • Presentation of final candidates to the internal client. • Onboarding management, including the contract preparation process. • Conflict resolution and data entry into the system.
