Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking experienced IB EYP Teachers/Pre Primary Teachers to join our team at our schools in Koramangala, Sadashivnagar, and Jakkur, Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality education to young learners in accordance with the IB Early Years Programme.
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
• Monitoring and assessing students' progress and providing feedback.
• Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure the overall well-being and development of the children.

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Kindergarten/Nursery/Preschool Teacher in an International Curriculum School.
• Graduation with Pre Primary/NTT/MTT/ECCED.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• A passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

• Knowledge of the IB Early Years Programme.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Strong classroom management skills.
