Job Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IBDP English Teacher to join our team. As an IBDP English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience teaching IBDP English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience teaching IBDP English • Proven expertise in delivering IBDP English curriculum • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for teaching and a student-centered approach • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools Roles And Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students enrolled in the IBDP programme • Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that meet the requirements of the IBDP English curriculum • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and growth • Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience • Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in IBDP English teaching
