Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced IBDP Fine Arts Teacher/Visual Arts Teacher to join our team. As a Fine Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the field of Visual Arts. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching Fine Arts, specifically in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Qualifications And Skills • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Fine Arts Teacher • Experience teaching Visual Arts in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) • Master's Degree in Fine Arts or related field • Strong knowledge and understanding of Fine Arts concepts and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate about teaching and inspiring students • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment • Organizational and time management skills • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students Roles And Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons on Visual Arts to IBDP students • Create and implement an effective and innovative curriculum • Provide individualized instruction and support to students • Encourage creativity and artistic expression • Assess and evaluate student performance • Provide feedback and guidance to students • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings • Attend professional development workshops and stay up-to-date with latest trends in Fine Arts education
