Job Description

• Conduct training sessions for new staff and employees on immigration policies, procedures, and compliance to enhance awareness and understanding.
• Manage a caseload of immigration cases, tracking the progress of each case and ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Work closely with legal teams, government agencies, and external immigration consultants to facilitate the immigration process and resolve any complex issues or challenges that may arise.
• Develop and launch new visa programs to meet organizational objectives and enhance immigration opportunities for candidates.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and employees throughout the immigration process.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant immigration rules and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve organizational objectives related to global mobility and immigration strategies.
• Possess a very brief knowledge about the Australia Skilled Immigration and process related to Australia GSM visas.

Qualifications

• Should be able to work under crisis circumstances, consistently maintain high quality service standards with attention to detail.
• Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant visas.
• Should be process oriented with customer service as a key focus, constant follow up mechanism, and good in reporting, do a lot of research and provide information to the team.
• Preferred Skills and Experience Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field Knowledge of other country visa processing would be an added advantage
• Good communication & interpersonal skills Handling end to end immigration activities from initial assessing stage till visa grant.
• Expertise on documentation.

Additional Information

• 6 days a week and work timings would be (10 am to 7 pm)
• Work from the office
• Location- Bangalore (HSR Layout)
