Industry coordinator / placements associate (Job Vacancy)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Industry Coordinator/Placements Associate at The Design Village in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to coordinating industry partnerships, facilitating placements, and maintaining relationships with industry professionals apart from strategising a relevant model to drive industry and outside world positioning for the graduates from The Design Village. Working towards implementation of strategies to enhance industry collaboration and support student career development and impact through the Village. Qualifications • Skills or will to figure strategic communications and partnerships between the industry and the design institute • Knowledge of educational systems and industry trends which allows for developmental support for the careers offering for the graduates • ensuring pathways for exchange and collaboration with the industry ensuring relevant guidance for academia to industry transition • facilitating engagement and building of the alumni community • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition or lived experience and knowledge of the same • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Experience in the design education sector is a plus • Know how about the design, arts and culture, innovation and deisgn overlapping sectors and organisations We are looking for people who would like to work iwth best practices while also reinventing the career services space at a new age design - impact driven institute The Design Village - a new age design school, where we believe that design impacts all spheres and hence do lead a life through design.
