Information Technology Faculty (Job Vacancy)

International School of Management Excellence (ISME), one of the top B-Schools in Bangalore, AICTE approved, and NBA accredited, is inviting applications from Karnataka based candidates for the position of Management faculty for Information Technology.

ISME offers BBA (Bangalore University), BCom (Bangalore University), PGDM (AICTE, NBA) & PhD in Management (Mysore University).

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and deliver innovative and effective teaching and learning programs for UG and PG management students.
• Teach across a range of modules/units or within a subject area using appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods and technologies.
• Assess the work and progress of students and provide them with constructive feedback.
• Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery, including online delivery and blended learning approaches, and obtaining and analysing feedback.
• The faculty will also be responsible for administrative and research work.

Requirement:

• Relevant educational background from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience.
• Academicians with prior corporate experience preferred.
• Candidates with Ph.D. qualification is desirable.
• The ideal candidate should have had research publications.
• The candidate should be a subject matter expert in his / her area of specialization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates from Bangalore residing within 20 kms radius of the ISME campus or willing to shift near the campus may only apply.
