We focus on holistic interventions in vocational skill development for tribal and unemployed youth, transforming them into “Day 1 Job Ready Professionals” in various sectors including Manufacturing and Capital Goods, Power and Renewable Energy, Consumer Durables and Electronics, Construction and Plumbing, and Hydrocarbon. Role Description:- • Design and develop comprehensive Python training programs tailored to various skill levels, from beginner to advanced. • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and online. • Create and update training materials such as presentations, tutorials, exercises, and projects. • Provide guidance and support to participants, addressing their questions and concerns effectively. • Assess the progress and performance of participants through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects. • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Python programming to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date. • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to enhance the quality of training programs. • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training methodologies and materials. Qualifications:- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Python Developer or Python Trainer, with a deep understanding of Python programming language and its applications. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and understandably. • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or courses, preferably in a corporate or educational setting. • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and techniques. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners. • Familiarity with various Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Django, Flask, etc. • Certification in Python programming or relevant fields is a plus.
