Innovation Manager at Vishwakarma University, Pune We are looking for a creative and qualified Innovation Manager at Vishwakarma University, Pune with 5+ years of industry experience as project lead. Job duties and responsibilities:- Innovation Manager job contains the following duties and responsibilities: • Ensuring proper documentations such as Memorandum of Understanding • (MOU) and meeting minute. • Documenting processes through photographs and submissions. • Tracking project progress by mapping milestones and identifying red flags. • Tracking funds throughout the project lifecycle. • Allocating funds efficiently according to project needs. • Conducting financial audits to ensure compliance and transparent Cy. • Overseeing maintenance of project infrastructure. • Managing allotments and bookings for resources. • Engaging stakeholders by creating and maintaining contacts. • Facilitating connections between various stakeholders involved in the project. • Building the capacity of team members through training and development. • Addressing team grievances and ensuring a healthy work environment. • Organizing exhibitions and panels for visitors to showcase project innovations. • Delivering pitch presentations to potential investors or collaborators • Engaging in social media activities to promote project achievements and garner interest from the public. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:- • 5 to 10 years of Industry experience as project lead. • Postgraduate degree in a related discipline (MBA/ M.
