Job Description
Position : Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)
Reports to: Team Leader
CTC - up to 5LPA + incentives
Mon- Saturday Working (SAT WFH)
Sunday - fixed week off
Shift Timings : 11:30am - 8:30pm
Desired Candidate Profile & Job Responsibilities:
Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills, should be Presentable
Proven ability to drive the sales process
Freshers can also apply / Experience: 1-3 years or min 6+ month exp
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with the client through exceptional sales service.
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Creating a sales pipeline.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential client through website chats, emails, and outbound calls. Setting up virtual meetings between potential clients and your TL
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of sales experience preferably in ed-tech
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Mandatory Language Fluency: English
