Job description/responsibilities for B2C Sales

• Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
• Maintaining lists of individuals' contact details.
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of service.
• Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
• Noting important details of each conversation.
• Maintaining record of verbal communication acceptances of courses 
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
• Maintain good professional client relation
• Maintaining leads data on excel
• Maintaining calls data on excel
• Coordinating and providing inputs and observations regarding leads and admissions to marketing team
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Sales Executive requirements:

·       Prior experience in in-bound and out-bound calling

·       Minimum Graduation required

·       Ready to work from the office

·       Female Candidate preferable

·       Computer literate / Tech savvy

·       Immediate Joiner

·       Excellent verbal communication

·       Ability to handle cold calling and incoming calls

·       Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
