- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Maintaining lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of service.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Maintaining record of verbal communication acceptances of courses
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Maintain good professional client relation
- Maintaining leads data on excel
- Maintaining calls data on excel
- Coordinating and providing inputs and observations regarding leads and admissions to marketing team
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Sales Executive requirements:
