Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring process adherence related to admissions from point of enquiry to closing of admissions.
- Communicating with parents and students, receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Understanding parent / student needs and identifying admission opportunities.
- Answering parent / student's queries on phone and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduates in any stream (1-3 years of experience) freshers may also apply
- Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position in the Education sector preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Must be open to work on weekends as Saturday and Sunday will be working days, a particular day in the weekdays will be fixed as week off day.
