In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for:
- Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in CRM systems to optimize the sales funnel and consistently exceed ambitious revenue targets for our in-demand Finance and Accounting courses (CMA, CPA, ACCA, FRM & CFA).
- Building a High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, onboard, and train top-performing Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment that prioritizes continuous learning and development.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to empower your ISRs, unlocking their full potential and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data within the CRM to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive performance improvement. Lead the creation of insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making by leadership.
- Monthly Target Achievement: Maintain a results-oriented focus, motivating your team to consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales goals.
- Content Creation & Product Development: Leverage your creativity to develop engaging content (webinars, seminars) that effectively educates potential students about our offerings. Contribute your insights and expertise to the development of new and improved course offerings.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new market opportunities and crafting winning sales pitches.
We're looking for someone who:
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales Management, with a consistent record of exceeding targets and a strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Leadsquared).
- EdTech Expertise: Experience in the EdTech industry, preferably with online course sales, is a plus.
- Coaching & Leadership: Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, capable of building trust, inspiring, and motivating a team to achieve peak performance.
- Strategic Vision: Adept at developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies for the remote environment.
- Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across all levels.
- Content Creation: Experience developing engaging content (webinars, seminars) is a plus.
- Product Development: A passion for contributing to the development and improvement of educational products.
