Job Description
Position : Sales Manager
Reports to: Team Leader
CTC - up to 6LPA + incentives
Mon- Saturday Working (SAT WFH)
Sunday - fixed week off
Shift Timings : 11:30am - 8:30pm
Desired Candidate Profile & Job Responsibilities:
• Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills, should be Presentable
• Proven ability to drive the sales process
• Freshers can also apply / Experience: 1-3 years or min 6+ month exp
• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with the client through exceptional sales service.
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
• Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Creating a sales pipeline.
• Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential client through website chats, emails, and outbound calls. Setting up virtual meetings between potential clients and your TL
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in ed-tech
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
•
Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Mandatory Language Fluency: English
