Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective leads, providing consultations on relevant programs.
• Build an effective pipeline to achieve monthly/weekly targets.
• Maintain regular contact with leads through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Track daily metrics, including dials, connected calls, and talk time.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products/courses offered through continuous research and learning.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including marketing, support, and operations.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-6+ years of experience in B2C/Inside Sales (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Preferred experience in Ed-tech or tech selling.
• Hustle, spunk, problem-solving skills, self-starter attitude, and resilience (Weekly Targets, Avg. achievement 80%, Track record of incentives earned).
• Experience in selling higher-ticket items (course/product price of a minimum of 50k).
