Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be involved in communicating with prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction and excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
