This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. This role is located in Pune.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • You will serve as the first point of contact with potential customers.
  • You need to understand customer needs and requirements and map the solution suitable to his/her needs.
  • You need to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, pre and post-sales
  • You will be following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls and outbound calls.
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calling and meet your revenue and admission targets.
  • You will be solely responsible for achieving sales targets set by management.
  • You will have to stay up to date with product knowledge to help your customer genuinely.
  • You will collaborate with team members for follow-up and closures to meet your sales targets.
  • Manage sales pipeline for current and next month.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and admission closing skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to do sales closing via inside sales and calling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
