Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. The primary focus of the role is to work with the marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. You will be responsible for the inbound & outbound calls & development of the lead generation program.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Prospecting, generating, qualifying, following up leads, and appointment settings.
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential students
• Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
• Identify and qualify new customers
• Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
• Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business and reaching out
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
Skills and Qualifications:
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be self-motivated and a quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and follow-through to achieve conversions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as in an individual environment
• Should have a minimum of 1-year experience in the sales domain
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
