Inside Sales Team Lead for EdTech (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the EdTech industry. As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving B2C sales for our EdTech products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2C sales for our EdTech products and services
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials, presentations, and product knowledge resources
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team on team performance and sales forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth
