Job Description – Inside Sales Team Lead / Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate professional who can lead the sales function of the company. A go getter with a flair for sales. Candidate with leadership skills who can contribute and align to the growth of the company.
Role:
- Responsible for attending enquiries/leads generated through all the channels. Lead the team from the front, take ownership to drive sales month on month
- Analyse, train and align team to achieve the desired goals
- Strategic planning to build training batches and responsible P&L of team / sales function
- Work with management team to plan, develop & execute the sales strategy to align to the company goals for revenue growth and profitability
- Weekly, monthly report to management
Candidate Profile:
- Graduates, preferably an MBA, with min 6+ years of experience in B2C sales from EdTech, Insurance or Realty Industry
- Strong Strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and MS office proficiency
- Should have experience in lead generation and engagement
- Proven experience in meeting targets, preferably in a startup sales environment
- Proven experience in sales planning, marketing plan execution, market & competitor analysis
