Job Description:

At NxtWave, product developers with a deep passion for teaching offer the training. By combining knowledge with practical experience, our trainers simplify complex concepts and deliver them clearly and concisely. We have an exciting opportunity for you at NxtWave. Create a lasting impact on students from tier-2,3,4 colleges who speak your mother tongue and enable them to become great developers by breaking their language barrier to learn to code.

• Work Location: NxtWave Office spaces in Hyderabad

• Working days: 6 days a week

• Type of employment: Full-Time

• Probation Period: 2 Months

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferably from in engineering degree
  • Proven experience working as aptitude trainer for 2+ years
  • Alignment to the company's vision and culture

Skills Must-Have:

  • Professional fluency in English
  • Strong proficiency in Aptitude, Logical reasoning and problem solving
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills. Should be able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly
  • Expertise in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc..( Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack is an added advantage )

Good to Have

  • Strong knowledge of the subject matter, industry standards, and best practices
  • Competitive GMAT and/or CAT scores
  • Having a NSDC certification
  • Any teaching or mentorship experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
  • Should have a problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset
  • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
  • Openness for iterations and feedback
  • Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery
  • Ability to handle a class of 100 to 150 students

Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily in person classroom training on aptitude and logical reasoning
  • Share your industry experience with learners
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Contribute to content development and product development activities
  • Be accountable for students' learning progress and test scores
  • Provide continuous feedback to students contributing to their domain skill development
