Job Title: Instructional Designer
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with 3-5 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning materials for various courses. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and e-learning technologies. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of our learners.

Experience Range: 3-5 Years, Experience in building learning content for Corporate, Articulate Storyline Experience MUST.
Job Type: 6 Months Contract, may be renewed based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop instructional materials, including but not limited to, instructor-led training materials, e-learning modules, assessments, and job aids.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives, and translate them into engaging learning experiences.
• Design and storyboard interactive e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Ensure that learning materials are accessible, engaging, and align with instructional design best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on course content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide guidance and support to junior instructional designers and content developers as needed.
• Participate in the evaluation and continuous improvement of existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback throughout the course development process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, course development, or a related field.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
• Familiarity with multimedia development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
