Role Description

This is a full-time instructional designer role located in Mumbai. As an instructional designer at NIIT Limited, you will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructionally sound training programs, and developing curricula. You will also be involved in learning management and ensuring that the training materials align with the organization's objectives. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
