For more information, please visit our website. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Audit Manager. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for performing financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, analyzing financial data, and managing internal audits. The role also involves coordinating with different departments, preparing audit reports, and identifying areas for improvement in financial processes. Primary Job Responsibilities ·       Helping the IA head perform audits as per the audit calendar. ·       Making specific audit plan. ·       Coordinating with departments for the relevant documents ·       Performing the testing as per the scope ·       Maintaining all the relevant audit papers in designated places ·       Drafting SOP for all functions related to functions touching any financial aspect ·       Helping in drafting or modification in RCM ·       Control testing & documentation of GAPS ·       Helping in identification of process gaps ·       Helping in writing reports ·       Any other task as required by management   Specific Knowledge & Skills ·       Knowledge of & prior experience in Internal Audits ·       Advanced knowledge of MS Excel ·       Very good communication skills & people management skills   Major KRA ( SMART) 1.    Timely completion of audits as per the plan 2.    Correct documentation of all audit working papers 3.    Finding of working GAPS and workable suggestions of improvement : at least 10 in each area where internal audit is being conducted for first time. 4.    Ensuring accuracy & completeness of RCM (Risk Control Matrix) 5.    Ensuring accuracy & completeness of drafted SOPs 6.    Adherence to timelines and instructions of seniors & management   Qualification and Experience Minimum Qualification B.Com Preferred/Additional Qualification CA Inter Minimum Experience 4 - 8 Years Regards
