Visit our Co-Founders' profiles to learn more about us and stay updated with any news or updates: Sumit Rai | Co-Founder | LinkedIn Abhishek Gupta | Co-Founder | LinkedIn Key Responsibilities: • Student Support: Assist international students in acclimating to their new academic environment, providing guidance on course selection, academic policies, and campus resources. • Counseling: Offer personalized counseling sessions to address students' academic, personal, and cultural concerns, ensuring their well-being and success while studying abroad. • Program Coordination: Collaborate with university departments and external partners to organize orientation sessions, cultural events, and workshops tailored to the needs of international students. • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate student records, process enrollment documentation, and respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings. • Cross-Cultural Communication: Foster a welcoming and inclusive campus community by promoting cross-cultural understanding and celebrating diversity. • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of international education trends, counseling techniques, and best practices in student affairs. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with student information systems is a plus. • Genuine interest in promoting global citizenship and facilitating intercultural exchange. • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
