Role

As a Subject matter expert (SME), the right candidate would be required to impart superior knowledge and teach students in the most efficient manner. Must be able to fill the knowledge gaps. Must have a deep knowledge of the chosen domain and be able to work on core subjects.

Responsibilities

The candidate needs to take verbal classes for undergraduate entrance exams

The candidate needs to take doubt-clearing classes and mock analysis on a regular basis

The candidate needs to take classes both online as well as offline mode.

The candidate needs to be comfortable with using different tools to improve the quality of the classes.

Believes in personalized learning making it fun & interactive.

Deep interest in learning, understanding how students learn, where they face difficulties & how to solve them.

Delivering sessions on different areas of verbal ability for undergraduate entrances, and other aptitude-based preparatory programs.

Mentoring students through doubt clarification sessions

Understand the need of each student, and psychologically motivate them to achieve good scores.

Oversee and manage study batches, keep practice tests, and improve students' performance.

Requirements

Candidates with experience in the Learning service industry/teaching industry or freshers with strong subject skills can apply.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Willing to work flexible shifts.

Graduate or Post Graduate in any subject

Should possess Reading Comprehension, Grammar & Verbal Reasoning ski

Selection Criteria

Knowledge test, followed by interaction with departmental heads.
