Responsibilities:

• Architect and design Java-based solutions that meet the technical requirements of our clients
• Lead and guide development teams in implementing architectural solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and system architecture guidelines
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Java Architect or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Java, JEE, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience with enterprise-level application development and integration
• Experience with database design and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
