Job Duties / Responsibilities • Creating innovative designs and presentations. • To develop conceptual scheme of the proposed site • Creating and maintaining important official documents. • Co-ordinating with the team & site supervision (if required) • Co-ordinating with Vendors, Material suppliers & Clients etc. • Should have the ability to work closely within a team while also managing own time and taking initiative to move tasks forward without explicit direction. Desired profile of the candidate • Degree in Architecture or Equivalent • 2 to 3 years prior experience in similar role • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or Lumion, or other design programs • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design • Communication and presentation skills
