Requirement:
You have experience in the higher education/school sector or are genuinely passionate about education and someone who believes in our values - passion, innovation, empowerment, integrity, diversity, and collaboration. You will be familiar with working with large and diverse data sets (both qualitative and quantitative). This knowledge will be something you can adapt to quickly learning new systems. You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in an environment where you spend large amounts of time focusing on data specifics. As well as undertaking your day-to-day work, you will constantly look for ways to maintain the quality of deliverables, improve processes, and actively take the lead in your professional development.
You will also have a passion for innovation and writing, effectively contributing to the organisation's content development and publication efforts. You will also have strong communication skills and be confident when having complex conversations in English with senior stakeholders and clients, as well as being comfortable writing to them.
As an effective team player, you will bring a flexible attitude into the office every day. You will be equally prepared to contribute to team-wide data collection and validation efforts as you will be to work on your initiative on your allocated projects. Our most successful analysts have been able to think outside the box and are confident in making judgment calls and recommendations when there are process ambiguities.
