Compensation:
• Starting Salary: INR 20,000 per month (in-hand) plus Performance Bonus
Work Days and Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (short day)
• Shifts: Rotational shifts may be required, ensuring flexibility to meet business needs.
Eligibility:
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or IT are encouraged to apply.
• Selection is strictly based on excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Schedule successful appointments with counselors for potential leads, ensuring a smooth transition into the enrollment process.
• Counsel students and parents about our courses and the landscape of competitive exams.
• Regular interaction with students and parents to enhance their experience with ESOL.
• Manage and address any concerns regarding fee structures for different programs and batches.
• Coordinate with the line manager regarding upcoming programs, admission tests, and promotional offers.
• Maintain a positive relationship between students and faculty by liaising with academic leads.
• Handle assigned administrative responsibilities.
• Listen to and address students’ academic, technical, or social concerns.
• Facilitate privacy protection and the #ESOLImpact program.
• Organize peer counseling and track student performance regularly.
