As a Video Editor, you shall transform teacher explanations into captivating videos for students, using graphics, animations, and effects. You shall take the Teacher assistance or AI tools, you'll craft educational content, ensuring seamless editing, logical sequencing, and adherence to design standards for engaging learning experiences. You Get: • Open thriving work environment. • Opportunity to work on global product. • Build the product experience on a global scale.. • Top of Form Your Key Responsibilities: • Understand teacher’s explanations for a particular subject or chapter and translate that into short interesting videos that will be consumed by students. • You will either be assisted by a school teacher or use AI technologies to create these video content on your own based on existing questions or subject curriculum. • Your videos should help students understand educational concepts and help them in their learning journey. • Input graphics, text slides, animations, music, dialogues and effects. • Create slideshow videos from photographs. • Add animated text and image overlays to the video. • Create high-quality VFX effects for the videos. • Manipulate and edit video pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience • Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running • Follow a given design style and build consistent quality videos. • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines including video creating and production standards. Evolve and perfect the brand's digital presence. • Remain informed on emerging industry trends and best practices. Evaluate new design trends to ensure our product remains cutting edge and innovative. • Maintain and improve brand image across all channels. Your Qualities: • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. • Prior experience as a vlogger on social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts or a similar role in the media industry is an added advantage. Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Maya etc) • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers and other contributors. Familiarity with 2D and 3D animation, illustrations & special effects. Creative mind with strong storytelling and visual communication skills. • Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Good understanding of content creation, writing & publishing. Editing video content for a range of performance marketing channels including social media platforms and YouTube. • Knowledge: Knowledge of the latest develop content leveraging the latest social media insights to ensure all content is attention-grabbing and on-trend. Should have a solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals and needs to be fast and intuitive with the design software. What We Need: Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess any Graduate /Master’s degree in film studies, cinematography, motion pictures or computer animation, 3/D graphic design, fine arts or relevant field. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must Updated technology skills - Traditional education can be useful however raw talent, attitude, and skills are always highly valued at this organization.
