Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Corporate Sales Head to lead our B2B corporate education business in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate education. The candidate should have a deep understanding of leadership development programs, capability development programs, and technical training programs. The Regional Corporate Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the Delhi region.
  • Identify and target key corporate clients for business development opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networking to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to showcase the value of our corporate education programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and delivery, to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our corporate education offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Total work experience of 10+ years, with at least 5-7 years of experience in the corporate education business.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling leadership development programs, capability development programs, and technical training programs. Experience in selling to BFSI clients is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate education landscape, including market trends and client needs.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in leading and managing a sales team, including setting goals, providing coaching, and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our corporate education programs to clients.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
